What are you going to do?
As a QA Operations Manager you will be part of the Quality Management Team and responsible for leading the QA Operations Team. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Implement, monitor and maintain the DFE Quality strategy, objectives, and developments in the field of product safety, quality assurance and continuous improvement;
- Represent DFE towards relevant internal (e.g. SC&OPS,) and external stakeholders (e.g. customer auditors, Contract Manufacturers);
- Build and maintain an efficient quality system at the production locations;
- Drive continuous improvement within the QA operations team, in close cooperation with the other Q teams;
- Drive standardization and efficiency in product safety & quality management, GMP and GDP;
- Support an effective Quality-culture in the production locations, together with the plant managers.
What we would like to see in you.
You are a strong QA manager with a background preferably in Excipient/Pharma/Food. Other things that are important:
- A combination of a customer and a quality oriented mindset;
- “Can do” mentality and a strong sense of ownership;
- A completed Bachelor, with at least 5-10 years of working experience;
- You understand the German language;
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards, like IPEC, GMP and GDP;
- You are a bridge builder who is able to manage the interests of the production team, shareholders, customers, and the leadership team.
